Three Angels Covenant Care, LLC was found by Equallia Malone, 2012. Initially, TACC, "Three Angels Covenant Care, LLC" was designed to be a Non-Medical Home Care Agency. After a failed attempt of startup, Equallia put the company's operations on hold for 10 years. 

Upon Equallia's many prayers, consulting God, and His guidance on which pathway to take regarding the operations of "Three Angels Covenant Care, LLC" God began to open doors, to Equallia's prayers.

April 2022, under God's council, and His promises, the purpose for Equallia's "call to care", would be fulfilled with changing the formation of the company, for what is now called "Three Angels Covenant Care, LLC Home Care & Career Consulting", which will equip, and supply the needs of caregivers, in the Private Duty sector, and their clients, as well as implement a career development plan for those desiring a career in the non-medical and medical industry, and an innovative mentorship program to help motivate, and impart the wisdom from veteran healthcare professionals into the hearts of its newest members.
